Dealmakers Update - July 2010

Sponsored this month by:

BioBusiness Network - Geneva, Sept. 2010

This year WBR brings you a two day conference with an in-depth conference programme, unrivalled networking and private partnering meetings for the leading companies in the biotech-pharma space.

This is THE place for you to be involved in the key conversations, find out first hand about the latest partnering opportunities and see and be seen amongst the cream of the life science industry.

BioBusiness Network isn’t focused on being the biggest biopartnering event. (After all, how many people can you realistically meet over two days?) What WBR guarantees you is high-quality networking and face-to-face time with all the people you want to meet, deliberately capping the number of attendees to ensure the event remains intimate and effective for networking. No one wants to spend their days fighting through crowds of irrelevant people and BioBusiness Network cuts them out to help you ensure all your conversations have a focused business goal in mind.

Editor's corner

Hi all,

Welcome to our first newsletter of Q2. From here on in our newsletter will be taking on a slightly different style as we merge our Dealmakers Newlsetter and Dealmakers Round-Up together into one fortnightly update.

Despite the impact of the credit crisis and recession on the economy, partnering in the life sciences sector has continued to remain robust during quarter 1. Wildwood Ventures Director Dr. Tim Martin shares his own views on the highest value partnering deals from Q1, read his article here...

Let me know what you think?  If you have any comments I'd love to hear from you! You can email me at claire@currentpartnering.com and I can incorporate valuable perspectives into our newsletters moving forward, giving you an opportunity to have your views read by thousands of industry professionals.....

That's all for now, back in a couple of weeks.

Claire...
